Revenue generation

  •        Acquire high value accounts and business trade partners as per agreed targets using an insight driven approach
  •        Initiate and follow up on sales campaigns, obtain sales leads and dynamically seek new business from the relevant sales channel; ensure strong focus is given to seeking opportunities in the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions)
  •          Engage in consultative and insightful selling techniques and services with an enhanced focus on new business development, renewals and repeat business


Portfolio Management

 

  •           Service the existing portfolio in order to maintain and grow the value
  •        Make regular sales visits to clients (online & offline) to conduct presentations, seminars, provide updates on products and services in order to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales
  •     Negotiate rates and contracts in a timely manner against a background of data and yields the best return on investment and have a mutually beneficial outcome
  •     Ensure that a cohesive sales activity and marketing plan is in place and managed with each business partner

 

Internal contacts

  • Work closely with internal team (HR & PR) to develop project plan to specify detailed action timeline, checklists, PIC and other resources allocation required
  •    Closely work with internal teams to monitor project progress, quality and solve problem in a timely manner
  •     Ensure implementation of project compliant to standard working process of the company



Others

+        Prepare, present proposal/marketing materials to clients and deploy digital marketing on social channels

+      Represent Dr.Localize at client’s meeting, industry and networking events

+    Optimize CRM tools to manage new and existing customers and sales activities

+      Any other reasonable task as requested

Yêu cầu công việc

  •          Certification in a relevant Sales Business field
  •          Fluent in both English & Vietnames
  •         Good command of computer, Internet, Email, MS Office…
  •           At least 02 years of sales experience (preferably in localization, translation industry)
  •          Good communication, consulting and problem-solving skills
  •           High responsibility, good client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
  •         Good presentation and negotiation skills
  •  
  •       Good customer management and selling skills
