Apartment Leasing Consultant

- Supporting foreigners who are looking for an apartment to rent.
- Interact with potential and existing residential tenants on behalf of landlords and property management companies.
- May greet potential renters show vacant apartments, explain pricing, leasing terms and convincing customers.
- Working base on available customer data. 
- Highly Teamwork spirit environment.

- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
- IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
- Competent in MS Office.
- With or without experience ( experience is a plus)

- Locate: District 1, 2, 4 and Binh Thanh District

- High Salary: 7 mil + Bonus BUT start at min 10 mil per month.

Total: 10 mil - over 20 mil
- Consider to get pay increase after each 3 months.
- Social Insurance, Health Insurance according to Vietnamese Labor Laws
