- Manages external relationships with existing and upcoming Shopping Centers
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contracting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating best terms and conditions with the low rental fee; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- The position requires an ongoing focus on developing the business through attaining new distribution points and retail locations of high market quality and potential for large scale of product distribution
- Maintains contracts and healthy relationship with Mall management and Retail offices
- Makes sure all shops, kiosks, wellness centers stay open and extends the contracts when necessary
- Enhances organization reputation and brands image
- Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs not only in HCMC but also other potential cities in Vietnam
- Good relationship with shopping centers in Vietnam
- Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
- High-level communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
