Business Development Staff (District 1, HCMC)

· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

· Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

· Support to prepare documents

· No monthly target and provided data of customer

· Do weekly and monthly report to Manager

· Other tasks are assigned by Manager.

· Detail will be discussed in interview

· Good English

· 2-3 years of experience in non-life insurance

· Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional majors

· Confident, dynamic and very proactive, decision-making and critical thinking

· Self-motivated, initiative, maintains a high level of energy

· Accuracy and attention to details

· Tolerant and flexible, adjusts to different situations

· Salary: 650-1000$ based on experience

· Basic salary will be revised every year basing on your performance.

· Annual bonus: up to result of company and your performance, it will be decided and paid twice a year in April and December as Company regulation.

· Social insurance (from 100% gross salary)

· Healthcare insurance for manager up and employee with indefinite labor contract

· Annual leave (paid leave): 12 days/year

· Overtime paid if applied and approved.

Allowance: telephone, business trip, motorbike parking fee
