Content Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

You’ll be responsible for all copy pertaining to the brand—creating original product and shade names, visual merchandising, e-commerce, social and video. You are empowered to collaborate with teams across the organization to gather and employ feedback. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of copywriting in cosmetics or skincare; is very detail-oriented while also keeping the big picture in mind; and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Key responsibilities:

GENERAL

Writing and editing content for social media, website and press release.

Research and Understand your audience.

Content optimization: SEO

Write Landing Pages for websites.

Advanced and Basic Sales & Marketing Emails.

Work closely with design, product, marketing and partnership teams to help deliver the best customer experiences

Keep the tone and experiences across our different products aligned and consistent

Consistently follow industry best practices and apply them to our communications

Share your work early and often to make sure everyone’s aligned on the outcome

Stay savvy with our consumer, brand voice, and market trends

Website - Email: Blog Copy, Emails Marketing copy
In-store: Leverage product messaging taglines and copy for visual merchandise/in-store signage
Marketing: Deliver taglines and campaign concept copy, write copy for all marketing collateral
Social: Partner with social team to write captions, develop campaign messaging and hashtags as needed

• Online and offline Marketing knowledge, experience in the beauty/ cosmetic field is an advantage . Have a passion for cosmetics and beauty.
• 1 – 2 years experience in content marketing, technical writing or copywriting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in cross-functional team building and ability to persuade with words/copy
• Highly organized and well-versed in execution of deliverables
• Team oriented
• Flexible and adaptable
• Self-sufficient/ take initiative
• Innovative problem-solving skills
