*Job Description:

Under the direct supervision of The Special Assistant to the Managing Director and the Managing Director (MD), the Customer Service Manager is responsible for attracting the prospective Tenants, maintaining good relationship with current Tenants, and advising the management Customer issues.

Marketing Area:

·         Market office spaces to the potential Customers. Identify prospective Tenants.

·         Prepare Offer Letter and Lease Agreement. Follow up Lease Agreement.

·         Prepare marketing activity reports.

·         Manage the Tenants database including Tenants information, contracts, and others services.

Customer Service Area:

·         Handle all Customers’ complaints and feedbacks.

·         Handle all administrative issues with the Tenants.

Others:

·         Prepare reports as requirement form management

·         Advise the management Customer issues

·         Coordinate all departments in building operation to ensure the smooth cooperation between departments and service quality to the Customers.

·         Handle some pending AR with the Tenants.

 

·         Other duties may be assigned when required.

*Job Requirement:

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business administration.

·         Experience: More than 5 years in management property area. Preferred building management.
