DIGITAL MARKETING LEADER

· Play an important role in Marketing Department, being accountable for developing digital marketing strategy, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns.

· Plan and execute Digital Marketing activities: Facebook ads, Google Ads,…and other media

· Plan and be responsible for digital content; manage and develop Digital Marketing activities on website, Facebook, forum, etc.

· Collect, synthesize, analyze and evaluate market information, customer preferences, information about competitors

· Develop and optimize channels to increase traffic

· Build the system for tracking, analyzing data, and reporting results

· Having at least 01 years experience in Digital Marketing

· Thorough understanding of social media, especially Facebook, Facebook Marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics

· Fluent English skill, especially writing skill (compulsory)

· Quick, logic and strategic thinking

· Sharp sense of market needs

· Proven ability in planning and management skills

· Active, enthusiastic, and dedicated to work

· Excellent communication skill, strong negotiation and persuasion skill

· Ability to work independently and work in team
