- Lead and implements digital marketing approach, organic and paid media optimization.
- Creates, initiates, develops and/or implements the short and long term content and digital marketing strategy, campaigns and digital activations to increase leads, engagement and revenue for the clients.
- Work with Marketing and Sales team to ensure aesthetic to align with usability and accessibility.
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In depth knowledge of SEO and Google Ads programs.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, ideally in startups and agency (MrSpeedy marketing budget: $4000-8000/month)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ad manager, Google Analytics
- Understand the local digital environment and suggest digital strategy adjustment based on its evolution
- Strong analytical & critical thinking
- Fluency in English
