Mô tả công việc

- Coaching for Team Leader & Supervisors to deliver field coaching skills to DSE
- Responsible to schedule the working plan for DSE  & TLs
- Do daily observation, provide constant feedbacks to TLs & DSE
- Observe & coach TL briefing
- Coaching & assist TL to manage poor & average performance to improve
- Check sales booths locations to ensure activities & preparations are aligned with DSF sales booth standards check list
- Check on daily basic KPI reporting forms submitted from each team & cross check individual’s report
- Presenting 1:1 products to prospect’s seminar in case do not have enough EC
- Managing logistics arrangement when seminar is organized
- Assist Head of DS to provide group/ classroom training for DSE
- Recruiting new DSE through networks
- Contacts & make a good deal with location’s suppliers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Achieve # of Valid Leads, # of show & # of contracts by month end

- Achieve # of Seminar’s attendants show daily.

- TLs  & DSE are focused & effectively achieve their performance goal & action plan

- Team Leaders & DSE are confident & efficient in carrying out duties with WS knowledge & skills

- Successful execution of sales booth location plans  & DSF Seminar project

- Good follow up through individual team by monitoring KPIs & provide daily briefing to  TLs & DSE.

- Salary: 11-12 million gross

- Working time: shift-working
