Control Purchasing For Projects
- Purchasing Management activities:
- In charge of sourcing and developing suppliers & 3rd parties for materials, packaging, machines, spare-parts, POSM, Marketing activities and other services…
- Sourcing, managing and dealing with Suppliers, 3rd parties for new Projects and routine operation.
- Supervisor Sub-contractor ( or Suppliers) from beginning to end of Cycle Programs/ Items/ Services which suitable with Demand of Technical and Carpex of Factory.
- In charge of import – export activities of the organisation: quality annoucement for products…, advice related functions on procedure regarding to import – export activity: taxes, regulations…
- Supervises work and activities of a staff of buyers in purchasing in all manners of the day-to-day operation of the Purchasing Division.
- Coordinates work schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of orders and deliveries.
- Advises and assists other employees in purchasing procedures.
- Advises, assists, specifications from blueprints; coordinates specifications with the related functions (Factory, Quality Dept., Warehouse & Logistic, Marketing, R&D, Finance…)
- Supervises administration of contracts throughout the duration of the contract
- Interacts with vendors, buyers, and inter-departmental customers throughout the procurement process that make sure optimal saving cost relevant (in-put cost of goods, services charges, production expenses) and guaranteed Project Progress.
- Inspects invoices and troubleshoots with buyers as to wrong payments, credits, payment terms, and duplicate billings. Follow up with accountants in term of payment.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of changes in procurement trends, participate advance courses relate to Commerce Contracts for Import – Export (VCCI), Bidding course relate to update new policy (MPI)
- Frequently assessment of the suppliers on agreed KPI
2. Manufacturing Activities Invovle:
- In charge of Microbiological quality of products, raw material, packaging material...
- Coordinate with Production & R&D Department for new product development and launching
- Checking microbiological quality of all raw material, semi finished and finished goods
- Take care of hygiene of all processing equipment and environment in the factory and make sure production environment is in the best hygienic condition
- Coordinate with production and related departments to do trouble shouting & solve quality issues for raw material and products
- Make monthly, yearly plan and budget for the department
- Make related weekly, monthly and yearly report
- Involve in ISO and HACCP, GMP ( Pharmaceutical), Food and Beverage projects for the company.
3. Projects management:
- Project leader for office moving, factory building. Organize bidding for new projects and consumed materials and service yearly. May be include PJs: Bac A Bank, Pharmaceutical Factory in Binh Duong, Cement Factory, spareparts for Food manufactoring Factory in Nghe An, …
