HR administrator will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. As a priority, HR administrators will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Completing the recruitment cycle (job upload, screening CV, sourcing, plan for interview and hiring date, payroll setting, reference check and etc)
● Making HR plan and developing specific job description under the discussion with CEO
● Preparing the training materials and training staff under the discussion with manager or CEO
● Setting up the HR guidelines, office policy including labor and any relevant
● Setting up the KPI and evaluation system
● Admin work and other office work required
- Experienced in the same position
- Good English Skill
● Negotiable salary
● 1 working day off per month
● Support allowance (Parking + Phone + Petrol for work purpose)
● Bonus: Special occasions (will be specified when having an interview)
● Insurance under the Vietnamese law or discussion
● Incentive depending on the work result
