Your primary responsibilities include:
IELTS Instructor (40%)
● Design and teach communication-based lessons online
● Manage the placement test and mock test processes.
● Mark and provide feedback on practice tests
Learning Coach (40%)
● Create, populate and manage the Learning Management System (currently Google Classroom) for Test Prep classes.
● Monitor the self-study feature of the learning journey of all students by encouraging students to complete assignments.
● Assess homework and provide timely feedback.
● Liaise with the Academic and Ops team on all student issues.
● Observe and record student attendance, compliance, performance to assess progress.
Curriculum and materials design (20%)
● Design, organize and improve materials on a rolling basis: Materials such as lesson plans, placement tests, curriculum guidelines, class overview newsletters, etc
● Test, evaluate, and recommend new apps and platforms.
● Participate in Beta-testing and on-going development of Test Prep products.
● Data analysis of survey and/or class performance results.
These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all:
● Available full-time;
● Available evenings and weekends;
● Excellent command of both English and Vietnamese;
● At minimum 7.5 IELTS band score;
● Stable Internet and a good environment/space for online teaching.
