Finance Manager will distribute the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. Financial managers advise the CEO on appropriate business planning and help in decision making processes to ensure that businesses are financially successful. This might involve advising on investments, savings, pensions or insurance products.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information, investment and statement
● Reporting to management and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
● Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
● Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
● Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
● Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
● collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
● undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
● producing long-term business plans
● undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
● controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
● managing budgets
● developing and managing financial systems/models
● carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
● supervising staff
● liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
● Negotiable salary
● Support allowance (Parking + Phone + Petrol for work purpose)
● Working time: 7:30-16:30 (Mon - Fri)
● Bonus: Special occasions (will be specified when having an interview)
● Insurance under the Vietnamese law or discussion
● Incentive depending on the work result
