1. Performs Admin Functions
- Maintain Office Facilities (printers, fax machine, scan machine, etc.).
- Maintain good condition of office (tidy, hygienic, etc.).
- Take care of office profiles and documents. Maintain and update contact details.
- Check monthly Company Bills/Invoices, receive & check all statements, invoices from suppliers and prepare payment request
- Purchase air ticket for internal staff; register parking place; taxi card.
- Make stationery orders, drinking water, beverage stuffs orders, flower, gift, name cards, payslips paper, letter head, envelop, etc.
- Search and analyse Quotation for company events (company trip, health insurance service, new suppliers, company party, etc.).
2. Performs HR Admin Functions
- Record attendance for all staff daily and prepare monthly timesheet report to Office
- Manager for monthly payroll.
- Collect all annual leaves forms when employees take annual leave and update the
- Annual Leave Report Master.
- Follow claim for employees.
3. Perform Accounting Functions
- Scan Vendors’ invoices, AP & AR documents, DDP docs into system
- Sort, File and track documents
- Collect documents from Hanoi office then submitting for approval before proceed a payments
- Other tasks as General Accountant’s assignment.
