  • Qualify inquiries coming inbound via multiple channels (i.e. hotline calls, Facebook Messenger, website, etc.);
  • Answer potential clients’ questions about E2 and our online product offerings;
  • Convert potential customers from our databases using a script through calls, SMS, emails, and other online platforms;
  • Be proactive in acquiring new customers through marketing campaigns, personal networks, customer referrals, and other online platforms;
  • Book placement tests and follow-up consultations;
  • Support customers in closing deals and making payments for courses;
  • Maintaining accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis;
  • Consistently maintain and optimize communication with prospects;
  • In charge of students services: Communicate with parents to update study's progress and follow up throughout the course, coordinate with the academic team to handle any student's issues, answer any other questions or concerns from parents;
  • Process re-enrollment: Follow up to enroll current students in the next courses, coordinate with related departments to prepare for the new courses (class openings, scheduling,....);
  • Other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor.

These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all:
  • College degree and above;
  • Able to use English (for emails and daily conversations);
  • Experience as a Telesales/ Call Center for any industries with online products;
  • Excellent phone manners and communication skills;
  • Willingness and proactivity to learn new things;
  • Computer literacy (Gmail, Google Spreadsheet, Excel);
  • Results-driven and willingness to work according to KPI;
  • Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis.

These are additional qualifications or "nice to haves" that will help you stand out during the application process.

  • Experience in Edtech/Education is a big plus;
  • Knowledge of a full cycle of a sales process;
  • Familiar with working with systems;
  • Belief in Education and interest in pursuing Sales/ Marketing career.
