• Plan, direct or coordinate the operations of Housekeeping, Resident Services, Security and Engineering Depts;
• Oversee activities directly related to providing services to the guests;
• Assist with operational budgets to improve profitability;
• Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and oversee the training of new employees;
• Oversee the Breakfast Operations; check the menus and make recommendations to the provider to ensure food quality and service are maintained;
• Carry out regular inspections of the property and set target dates for rectification of defects;
• Oversee facilities maintenance planning, scheduling and control;
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements with authorities; assure safety and security procedures are adhered to;
• Deal with any complaints guests may have about their stay; speak with guests about issues they may have and work with them toward the best resolution to the problem for both parties;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Management or Hospitality Management;
• Minimum 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Advanced level of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing);
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details;
• Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations;
• Well-presented and professional groomed at all times.

 

Lương và phúc lợi

Salary:  1500-2500$
