QA Team Leader

1. Participate in review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities;

2. Work closely with engineers, BA and PM, CTO to high-performing project ;

3. Train and coach QA engineers and ensure they have a great on-boarding experience;

4. Provide training and mentoring to test automation engineers. This includes conducting code reviews, training test automation engineers on new coding and testing methodologies, guidelines, and best practices;

5. Liaise with QA team and leads for overall end-to-end testing plan and ensure quality releases from UAT to Production;

6. Loading test, security testing.

1. University level with bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalence;

2. 2-3 years in QA/Testing websites, or mobile applications & 1+ year experience in automation test;

3. Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes;

4. Experience in using different testing technique in the test design for manual and automation test;

5. Able to communicate English;

6. Experience in leading a team & working with agile/scrum methodology;

7. Good knowledge about the performance testing and security testing.

- ISTQB/ISEB Certificate or equivalence;

- Good knowledge of SCM tools including Git, subversion;
