Remote Healthcare Interpreter (English and Vietnamese/Mandarin/Cantonese, Night-shift)

• Interpret medical and non-medical appointments of Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking patients with English-speaking medical providers.

• Work-from-home and Night-shift only (7 P.M to 4 A.M or 8 P.M to 5 A.M, Hanoi Time, Monday to Friday)

• Follow interpreter protocols to maintain professionalism and interpreter transparency.

• Follow applicable laws and regulations (including HIPAA) to maintain the privacy and security of all stakeholders.

• Must speak, understand, read and write both English and either Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Cantonese at a professional level.

• 1+ year of experience in interpreting preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of medical terminology in both English and Vietnamese or Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred, but not required.

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Note-taking skills and attention to detail required.

• Up to VND 22,000,000/month (Gross) incl. performance bonuses.
