. Utilizes CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales activities, update sales progress status, plan sales visits and produce quotations accordingly.
• Sells products and solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects; recommending solutions for prospects benefits.
• Promotes our Total Wellness Solution and maintain business relationship with existing clients by value adding and carrying on high level of after sales service by cooperation with other company’s departments;
• Research and recommend new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements to the clients;
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending specific e-learning courses and real facilities equipped with our solutions;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
