● General objective:
Research, compile and analyze requirements from clients, collaborate with technical
department to provide optimized solutions to clients.
● Pre-sales:
- Introduce Magenest’s technology solutions to clients
- Study requirements and problems from clients, collaborate with technical
department and supervisor to provide appropriate solution
- Assist in building project proposal
- Leverage internal CRM tool
- Maintain assigned sale channels, assist in searching & verifying leads
● Post-project maintenance and support
- Collaborate with technical department to maintain high level of customer
service in post-project period
● Documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and other Sales Executives to build
documents used in Sales process
● Proficient in Communication English
● Ambitious, decisive, professional and goal-driven
● Ability to make presentation to clients
● Ability to communicate, propose and persuade
● Ability to negotiate contract terms is a plus
● Willing to learn, improve and adapt to new knowledge. Clear personal development
is desired
● Training in Sales techniques, working processes and mindset
● Training in IT industries
● Training 1 on 1 in individual Opportunity
● Training in technical knowledge to elaborate (not implement) Hosting technologies,
Digital commerce solutions, Infrastructure solutions, ...
● Negotiable salary according to proficiency. Twice-a-year salary raise proposal.
● Sales KPI compensation (further discussion after job acceptance)
● 13 -15 salary months/year, 12 annual leave days with wages, Social insurance,
