Senior Education Consultant

Program Consulting:

• Manage portfolio of 50–100 contacts (alumni, clients, and prospects) and develop relationships to provide personalized education solutions that achieve their short- and long-term goals. Consistently maintain and optimize communication with portfolio of contacts through various channels including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other online platforms.
• Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge.
• Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handling questions about Everest Education and our offerings.

Leadership:

• Coach and mentor at least 01 Junior staff.
• Provide reports on student progress at the center.
• Collect feedback to present in cross-department projects.
• Organize team-building activities.
• Oversee at least one of the key department projects.

 Working Details:

• Schedule: 40 hours/ 5 days/ week (2 days off/ week)
• Location: 4-6 Tôn Dật Tiên Street, Garden Plaza 2, Tan Phuong Ward, District 7

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Education industry.
• At least 1 year working as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Proven experience in coaching junior staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Good problem-solving and organizing skills.
• Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset.
