An Academic Associate works as a full-timer, and has responsibilities to:
Do other tasks assigned by the CM and AC.
Conduct demonstrations to teach skills, such as sports, dancing, and handicrafts;
Plan, prepare and develop various teaching aids;
Take class attendance and maintain attendance records;
Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess students’ progress;
Assign and marking homework;
Control and take care of students in class;
Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignment or reinforce learning concepts;
Have class substitutions as requested;
Support teachers in class/during the course;
Provide customer care services at the center;
Qualification
University seniors and above with major in English;
Having IELTS Certification is a plus.
Knowledge
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
