Key responsibilities:
1. Promote leaders’ “why”
2. Align ORS efforts between the company and distributors
3. Refine Goals
- Plan and strategize with the Executives. Monitor goals set and provide necessary support to achieve these goals.
- Leverage data and the AM dashboard to prioritize efforts with All-Stars/ strong builders and re-engaging NSE loyal based on Economic Engine KPIs.”
4. Track and Follow up Provide personalized service and customer support to Executives/QExecs by providing timely and accurate responses to all concerns and questions (Status update within 24hrs).
5. Narrate Success story sharing Promote the company’s mission (Culture) and vision, the business opportunity, products and distributor success stories at every possible opportunity.
6. Engage distributors about programs, results, compliance, etc.
- Elevate leader sights to what is possible
- High frequency, high consistency messaging
Conduct, attend and facilitate important Distributor trainings and events.
Provide tools and quality information about the business and products. Act as the bridge between the Company and Executives/QExecs to facilitate effective communication.
7. Recognize and Reward Growth Recognize pin advancements and other notable accomplishments of Executives/QExecs.

Results expected:
1. Increase average commission check through maximized retention, increased sponsoring, increased average monthly volume, and increased successful distributor progression rates.
2. Expertise, thorough understanding and execution of process and programs. Infuse excitement and energy to the Distributors’ business.
3. Inspire passion and loyalty in the Company and in the business opportunity.
4. Field Alignment Build morale, create trusting partnerships and relationships with QExecs and Executives.
5. Promote “best practices” business plans and programs. Educate and enforce policies and procedures to minimize violations

Measurements: (Monthly)
1. Number of active distributors
2. Amount of organizational volume
3. Total Executives
4. Total Ruby+
5. Sponsoring, new executive, gold, and ruby progression rates
6. Retention rate of Executives
7. Achieve growth target of company and to truly live our mission, especially to Nu Skin Culture

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in business management or relavant.
- Candidate should have business sense and customer service mind-set
- Skills required: team work, good communication, job priority setting, time management skills
- English communication & writing skills
- at least 3 years experience in key account management or sales is required
- Good communication in English in both verbal & writing.
