JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Check applications for expenses
- Preparing payment vouchers for local & oversea suppliers & staff
- Monthly bank reconciliation, quarterly closing
- Preparing tax declarations such as PIT, VAT, FCT
- Preparing Social/ Heath/ Unemployment insurances declarations, Preparing for revenue calculation
- Keep track of company assets
- Provide administrative support to other teams as required: car service, stationery order, and other ad- hoc tasks
- Admin tasks ( 40%)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic background in accouting/ finance or related major
- At least 01 year experience of opreation accouting and Adin tasks
- Working experience in Japanese companies is big plus
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( especially Excel )
