- Purchase stationery, office equipment
- Arrange travels for Chief Representative, Sales Manager and other staff (book flight, hotel, car...)
- Follow up with agents and service providers to maintain office equipment, internet, telephone, printer...
- Manage ingoing & outgoing mails, parcels...
- Work with government authorities to amend/renew office license and other related documents
- Handle staff’s labor contracts, appointment letters
- Work with agents to follow and complete payroll, visa, work permit, resident card
- Submit reports to government authorities

- College/ Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Accounting Law
- Good interpersonal communication, proficiency in MS Office, English
- Preferred 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to work independently, in group, self-motivated, cautious, accurate
- At least 13th month salary
- 12 annual leaves
