- Provide office supplies (Stationery & kitchen supplies) and maintain adequate stocks
- Keep in touch with HR department in head office to update employee information database, leave database…
- Support HR department in recruitment when request
- Record and maintian Files of employees in a proper manner
- Prepare work permit, residence card, insurance for foreign and local employees
- Pay expense for suppliers ( car rent, utilities, VNPT, Mobifone, kerry…)
- Manage cash and bank ( payment and receive)
- Prepare salary sheet, insurance for staffs ,office expense document then send to Manager
- Input data to accounting software
- Manage input and output FOC stocks at HCM office
- Received ordering FOC stocks from HCM and Mekong Meds then package and deliver to them
- Update accounting transaction in system; handle cash & bank payment; send report to the Director and Manager upon request
At least 2 years experience at the relevant job
English proficiency is required
