Admin-HR Officer is responsible to support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems, provide counseling on policies and procedures and hiring processes, including but not limited as bellow:
Recruitment, training and development
• Organize and handle recruitment activities to ensure that recruitment process is efficient and equitable: job posting, screening, contact colleges/universities for massive recruitment…
• Implement effective induction programs for new employees;
• Assist in training programs;
• Assist in performances management processes;
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues;
HR Relationship
• Follow up and carry out the procedures for employees (labor contracts, transfer, dismissal, promotion, discipline, performance, salary increase, social insurance ...)
• Monitor the numbers of subcontractor’s workers
• Responsible of 2424 Insurance: increase/ decrease, compensation for accident insurance
• Update the periodic report of Sigma’s workers
Compensation & Benefits
• Be well-aware of company’s procedures, policies, benefits to give guidance to employees;
• Check timesheets;
• Calculate monthly worker’s salary accurately;
• Prepare reports in the areas of salaries, compensation and benefits as per required;
• Organize and manager employee personal records and database;
• Ensure all records are kept accurately up-to-date;
Admin services
• Carry out administrative tasks: overtime registration…
• Book flights, accommodation, transportation, visa application, book tickets to events;
• Organize events (travel, party end-year, football, charity ...)
• Carry out the payment documentation procedures as required
• Carry out Union’s ability (birthday, sick visit, wedding ...)
• Housing management for employees
• Support other section if required.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Female, from 25 to 30 years old;
• Have at least 3 years of experience in general human resources service;
• Graduate from Universities major in HR administration or related major;
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training, development…)
• Have good understanding and implementation of Labor Code...;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially excels…
• Have collaboration spirit, strong problem solving and communication skills;
• Work with result orientation, high multi task ability and high team spirit;
• Put priority to candidates who are good at English;
• Have abilities to work independently and under pressure, willing to travel if necessary.
