Apartment Rental Sales Consultants

Job Responsibilities:

Negotiate on the leasing price, terms and condition with foreign customers

Take care of the entire Sales process from enquiry to executing leasing contract

Develop and maintain relationships with foreign customers, landlords

*Key Client: foreigner/expats who seek for apartments to stay (short term, long term)

Meet KPIs and get unlimited bonus

Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in English, especially speaking skills
- Have a strong motivation for sales
- Aged between 21 and 30
- Meet one of our requirements, feel free to apply
• 6 months - 2 years of recent experience in related fields (real estate sale or hospitality, sales…)
• Degree: College Or University
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in a professional, supportive international working environment where candidates can improve their English level as well as negotiation skill by being exposed regularly to expats
