Class Care Officer/ Nhân viên chăm sóc lớp học

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer care to all internal and external customers.
• Handle telesales for class re-enrolment
• Follow up administration for re-enrolment process to avoid problem and make customer happy
• Work close with Teachers to deliver good customer service and customer care
• Handling requests and complaints
• Support with organizing events/activities for students
• Reporting to Academic Coordinator and Center Manager
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to
• Operations in line with the strategic goals of their centre(s) and the organization.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

 Qualifications:

• Graduate, qualifications in English and education are preferred
• IELTS 6.0
• Be proactive, interpersonal and detail-oriented.
• At least one year experience in teaching or customer care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Proven selling and persuasive skill.
• Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
