Credit Approval Associate

1. Corporate Strategy
a. Planning
☆ To co-operate with other departments in preparing the mid term plan and the annual plan 
for the Company as a whole including sales plan and all operating costs.
☆ To co-operate with other departments in monitoring the achievement of plan at the 
☆ Company level in PDCA cycle.
☆ To co-operate with other departments in making overall recommendations to the BOE on how to achieve the targets.
☆ To submit the Company mid term plan and annunal plan to the BOM for approval

b. Corporate strategy
☆ To assist Head of department in proposing the corporate strategy to the BOE/BOM for Approval.
☆ To assist Head of department in monitoring the implementation of corporate strategy in the light of actual situation and propose to amend the strategy (if necessary).

c. Reporting
☆ To make routine/adhoc reports to SBV and parent companies
☆ To make routine/adhoc reports to the BOE

d. Secretariat of BOM
☆ To assist Head of department in performing the duties of secratariat of BOM (prepare BOM agenda, make opinion form, draft resolution, collect BOM opinions, etc) 

e. Other adhoc tasks assgined by Head of department.

2. Performance evaluaion
☆ Contruct KPIs for branches/departments at head office
☆ To perform evaluation for branches/departments at head office

☆ To major in economics/finance/banking/investment
☆ To have at least 03 years of experences in finance and banking sectors
☆ English communication :advanced level(more than above TOEIC 800 equivalent)
☆ To be good at MS office (word, excel, powerpoints)
☆ Having professional certificate (CFA, FIA, ACCA,etc) will be considered as bonus points
