Job duties & responsibility
● After training, possess a strong understanding of the nature of products, customer service operation, and social network.
● Promptly engage in customer queries and effectively address their issues/requests.
● Follow up customers’ experience after-sales.
● Monitor daily customers’ comments, feedback on social platforms.
● Report daily sales orders from the marketplace platform.
● Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained all the time.
● Coordinate with other team members to resolve customers’ requests and follow up efficiently.
● Prepare content for the digital marketing team.
What we seek:
● English with IELTS ≥ 7.0. Graduated. No experience required.
● A team player who works well with existing members; creative but able to strictly follow guidelines and must be able to work in intensive operation.
● Strong sense of responsibility
● Ability to work flexible hours, late hours for the US market.
● Familiar with Social network

Base Salary and bonus: |
10 million VND + minimum 3 million VND
