This position will work hand-in-hand with the marketing team and sales team to generate leads for the company. This individual must be able to contribute to corporate marketing and sales plans ensuring effective coordination of driving leads to the sales process.
Daily responsibilities include:
a/ Lead Generation
Develop and execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the sales team via various online marketing channels
Assist with lead generation programs, including refinement of the lead database, and general database building and maintenance
Create campaigns from initial concept through completion for each content area, generating targeted leads, managing campaigns, and running post-campaign measurement
Use all available resources (e.g., LinkedIn, website, etc.) to determine target title names and contact information from target companies
Track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of efforts
Update systems to help determine Marketing Qualified Leads
b/ Digital Marketing
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
Managing the redesign and making improvements to the company website.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Bachelor degree in Economic/Marketing/Business or equivalence and 2+ years of B2B lead generation marketing experience, especially on Linkedin.
Experience with sales and digital marketing solutions for lead generation
Vast knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforces, Insight.ly, etc) for lead and contact management
Experience managing PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and Affiliate programmes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to influence colleagues to meet tight deadlines & KPI
Working in a young and professional environment.
