• Call potential customers from the Marketing department to provide data
• Calling, consulting old customers in the database of customer file storage
• Customer care (Access - Answer - Evaluation, classification)
• Support customer profile progress
• Answer students' phone calls
• Consult OFFLINE training programs of the center at events held periodically or communicated from the center
• Supporting the enrollment of training courses according to the center's open deadline
• Coordinate with Admin team to update training program information
• Perform other duties assigned from Team Leader.
• Education / professional level: University degree or above
• Experience in consulting, customer care for 6 months or more in the field of Training & Education
• Proficient in communicative English, with a foreign language certificate (IELTS) of 5.5 or higher is an advantage
• Graduating from a foreign school is an advantage
• Good-looking appearance is an advantage
• Convincing skills, creating impressions and good relationships with customers
• Agility, dynamism, care and a high sense of responsibility
• Enthusiastic, creative, love the customer consultancy
• Honest, eager to learn and like to communicate.
