- Build and develop English training programs (including entrance tests, final examinations, training materials…)
- Teach English classes of different levels: General English, Communicative English, Pronunciation, Business English, F&B English, TOEIC …
- Assign and check homework
- Coach & tutor students in training center and in-café
- Lead field trips and extracurricular activities
- Translate training documents (VIE-ENG and vice versa)
- Assist Training department in administrative tasks and other projects
- Other tasks assigned by Training Manager.
* Education/ Training Qualifications (i.e: university degree, college, etc):
- Minimum a 4-year university degree.
- Certificates in Pedagogy/Training/ TESOL/TOEIC/TOEFL
- English proficiency
- Passion for training
* Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an English teacher/trainer in language center or company
* Knowledge of:
- Hospitality/ F&B
- Social knowledge
* Skills (Ability to):
- Teach/ train/ coach/ tutor others
- Present and persuade listeners
- Positively influence others through training
- Sense of humor
Working hours: as dictated by needs of the business
Works 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. (Maximum 4.5 hours in-class training). Allows flexibility as needed.
