Mô tả công việc

A. Nhiệm vụ chính/Main tasks: 
1. Compensation & Benefit 40% "- Monitoring Promotion/Demotion/Movement/Adjustment/Transfer Decision.
- Monitoring & ensuring accuracy and on time C&B payment to all employees.
- Designing and updating salary structures and C&B schemes.
- Be able to conceive/propose a staff performance assessment program (KPI/PA).
- Preparing Salary Review/Bonus yearly.
- Ensure all HR forms/templates, checklists related to C&B are in place and implement accordingly.
- Manage all C&B section’s staffs performance, follow up and update staff any changes in labor regulations related to Labor Law, Personal Income Tax, Insurance, ..." 
2. Policies, Procedures & HR System 30% "- Reviewing, designing and update C&B Policies and Procedures.
- Monitoring & ensure all policies, procedures are in place and implement accordingly and to ensure all staff queries related to HR policies and procedures are response timely and correctly.
- Prepare and forecast budget for salary and other benefits.
- Build & set up HR System, HR Software, ..." 
3. Personal Income Tax 20% "- Directly incharge monthly Personal Income Tax Report for Local & Expat Staff.
- Directly incharge Year-end Personal Income Tax finalization for Local & Expat Staff."

1. Expat Documents 10% - Control & follow up Visa, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card, House Book for Expatriates

Yêu cầu công việc

A. Các kĩ năng, kinh nghiệm, bằng cấp yêu cầu/Required Skills, Experience and Education: 
1. Education: Bachelor Degree 
2. Education Field: BBA, HR, or related 
3. Languages: English 
4. Experiences (Yr.): At least 5 years 
5. Special IT Program: HR program, MS office, Report, Analysis Database

1. Knowledge: Labor Law, Insurance, Personal Income Tax
