Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Consult customers, conduct effective consulting products through telephone or face to face interaction to customers;
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal dentist, & other departments
- Handle other duties as assigned
- Appropriate University or College degree
- Good English is preferable
- Experience in similar job is preferable
- Experience in consulting, customer service, hospitality fields
- Find happiness in supporting others with calming manner,
- Good communication & customer service
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
