- Main focus on planning & executing operational activities related to Solution Operations involving all the file management & operations activities post booking.
- Documentations.
- Graduated from relevant majors: Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain/Business English.
- Fresh-graduated or 1 - 3 years experience.
- A strong & proactive character who owns a good sense of emergency to quickly identify & resolve urgent issues.
- Operational knowledge & Customer Service Experience in the same sector is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Good Communication and Problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
- Good at English (both 4 skills).
