• Searching and recognizing potential site to expand Lotte Mart hypermarket chain
• Managing Site Development team to do market research, site survey and analysis (study site price/market/population catchment/turnover estimation/competitors/etc.)
• Supporting Market Analysis section for site development
• Together with the land owners and the Development Director to contact related State Departments in obtaining investment license for new store opening
• Coordinating with lawyers appointed by Lotte Mart to negotiate with developers / landlords about development procedures, structures and content of contracts
• Following up the project process
Reporting:
• Reporting to the Development Director/General Director
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports of the assigned projects or any arising projects to the Development Director
• Doing other reports as requested by Development Director, General Director or Head Quarter in Korea.
BA degree – major in Business Administration, Real Estate, etc.
• Fluent in English or Korean
• At least 3 years in the similar position (worked in retail market is a priority)
• Good knowledge of real estate market in Vietnam and legal (Investment, land, real estate …)
• Good relationship with Government
• Solid management skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Willing to go business trip
