1. Researching and updating the policies and the law on agro-business and distribution business;
2. Develop a policy of selling prices for project products;
3. Work with customers to making plan orders, delivery plans and monitor the implementation of orders, solve problems arising in the delivery process. - receive purchase order;
4. Work with design partners to develop a brand identity for the company's products. Directly in charge of activities related to advertising, marketing for products.
5. Make a marketing plan of company products such as vegetable, meat, water, hand-craft etc.;
6. To take care of existing accounts, making plans to visit existing & potential
7. Monitor and implement sales activities/ promotion programs
8. Find out the customers’ needs for sales opportunities & develop the accounts
9. Increase sales volume for targets achievement
10. Closely inform manager any issues of selling or customers’ complaints.
11. Make daily sales activity report, weekly work plans & account management report to manager
12. Follow up with customers for any payments are overdue
13. Other tasks are given by Chief Executive Officer, General Manager
• At least 2 years working experience in agricultural product trading and agricultural product production
• Knowledge of agribusiness, customer management, supplier management
• Others: Between 25 and 40 years old
- At least 2 years experience

Currently Good Neighbors International has been operating in 35 countries, supporting approximately 17 million people, including about 10 million children.
