MMJ (Vietnam) is a Japanese Startup with unique working environment and operation process to focus on people and result. 
We are now seeking for 1 person who would like to work with people and develop career in professional Human Resources industry. The most important criteria are loving personality, quick learner and eager to learn, and confident to work in English speaking environment. In returns, you will live in the opportunity of fast learning and adopt modern HR knowledge in organization.
The details are as below:

Job Purpose:
The position opens for fresh graduates and young professional staffs who would like to develop the career in the Human Resources. The position holder will spend time for researching and adopting in depth knowledge of HR Management as well as have a hands-on experience in all HR related tasks to support the employees and build up the excellent working environment.

Job Description:
1. Researching & Adopting knowledge to actual work:
- Conduct self-learning and research under the guidance and direction given by the HR Manager to obtain the modern knowledge about HR Management;
- Quickly try & apply the researching into the actual projects in the company.

2. HR-Admin tasks:
- Talent Acquisition:
o Participate in posting jobs in different channels and searching for the potential fitted candidates;
o Involve in Employer Branding project to promote the company’s image to the public.

- Learning & Development:
o Manage the learning records and learning progress of the employees;
o Establish various knowledge sharing channels within the organization. 

- Performance Management:
o Fully understand the current performance management system in the company;
o Follow and participate in the process to manage the system;
o Suggest any improvements to the current system.

- Compensation & Benefits:
o Manage regular timesheet of the whole company;
o Manage the benefits that are rewarded to the employees;
o Research and propose benefits package that deliver the positive effect to the employees and the company.

- Employee Relation:
o Creatively Initiate and Organize events for staffs and for the work environment;
o Implement different activities to improve communication among the employees;
o Build up relationships with the employees and support them personally and professionally with the greatest customer support mindset.

- Other Support and Admin tasks to give the employees the best working condition and environment.

- Have basic knowledge about HR Management and would like to develop career as the HR professional;
- People oriented and customer service mindset;
- Supportive and love to take care other people;
- The ability to learn and grasp new knowledge. Always be hunger for learning new things;
- Positive and fair thinking;
- Highly creative and result oriented;
- Empathy and can adapt quickly to changes;
- Good team player but also can work independently;
- Fluent in English, especially good reading and writing skills.
