. Implementation of Company Policy, rules, and regulations, employee handbook
• Implement Company policies, rules, and regulations properly, in line with national regulations, and ensure employees are followed through
• Regular review and update the policies/rules/regulation/employee handbook according to the latest national law and legal requirement
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
2. Compensation & Payroll
• Manage payroll function and ensure all salary are calculated correctly and per relevant policies, paid per payroll date,
• Handle legal benefits payment per national rules requirement
• Review and maintain employee’s structure periodically
• Maintain filing system for employee records and other related documents
• Build KPI, monitor and discuss with Chief Acc the approval process for staff salary increment and promotion
• Annual staff cost budget & Planning
• Prepare HR regular reports
3. Recruitment
• Responsible for the hiring of Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect according to operations needs or hiring plan
• Provide strategy for senior position hiring and DL hiring
• Annual manpower planning per business planning
• Monitor approval for Manpower request and offer made approval process
4. Training & Development
• Conduct annual training, analysis, and proposed training plan for the year
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Implement the training plan for schedules
5. Employee Relationship
• Organizing employee activities and staff communication meetings to enhance the relationship between employees and the Company
• Coordinate the labor Disputes and labor arbitration between employees and the Company to ensure the harmonious development of employee and the Company

Yêu cầu công việc

{MUST}
1. Educational background: University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administra,tion or relevant majors
2. Experiences:
- Around 7-10 years of related experience in HR functions , in Manager Level of HR Management from 4 years at minimum
- Have much experience in C&B
3. Language: Upper Intermediate level..
4. Other skills.
- Good knowledge of and ability to apply the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT Law, and all the government regulations required for an HR professional.
- Understand business issues and cultural differences then apply that knowledge to C&B designation and processing.
- Thorough understanding of C&B budgets and funding requirements.
- Strong and proven analytical skills, relationship-building skills.
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- High teamwork spirit and independent player
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Critical thinking, organized, responsible and disciplinary
- Good computer skills (MS Office).

{PREFER}
- Having Korean language.

Salary: 23-34,000,000 (GROSS)
