IT Staff (2 People)

- Diagnoses and solves hardware/software issues.
- Develop and/or assist development of new and existing IT software application in production.
- Back-up data.
- Communicate with technician of suppliers.
- Capturing application errors and notify to corresponding vendor or internal team. Follow up with vendor for the progress on fixing the errors.
- Documentation, procedures to ensure ISO auditors’ requirements are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- Fresh graduation is acceptable
- Good knowledge at Active Directory, Firewall, Storage, Backup system.
- Good knowledge at virtualization technologies, preferably VMWare ESXi.
- Good knowledge in Java, C # or any programming language.
- Good knowledge in using MS SQL or PostgreSQL
- Ability to works closely with end users, and other support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Good at work in manufacture company. 
- Follow the rules and company policies.
