1. Act as BCI representative in Vietnam to conduct quality control
2. Inspect goods based on BCI’s quality control requirements (per item)
3. Send an inspection report per within 24 hours of doing the quality inspection based on the criteria of - PASS, PENDING, or REJECT with additional comments for each item.
4. Basket Case will discuss any issues founded in the QC report and additional feedback or clarification may be needed.
5. Communicate through WhatsApp for any issues while inspecting goods at the factory.
6. Coordinating schedule with factory and Basket Case to inspect goods
7. Conduct factory visits during the production process and relay any concerns founded to BCI
8. Remove products with bad quality. Discuss with the factory about issues founded and report to BCI what was discussed. Assist in finding the root problem and report to BCI.
9. Assist BCI with establishing and maintaining relationship with different factories in Vietnam
10. Provide assistance with BCI when visiting factory, facilitating with communication and fostering relationship with factories
11. Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed
1. Proficient in English.
2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Quality control experience especially in plastic productions or manufacturing is an asset, open for other quality control industry
4. Communication skills and problem-solving skill
5. Detail-oriented
6. Time management
7. Travel between factory sites within Vietnam when needed
