1. Manage customer information data: Receive, manage, update customers’ data.
2. Manage and maintain telephone hot-line and email to support, responses the customer on time
3. Customer care: Support information providing to customers periodically and when necessary; actively call customers for counseling, informing services, promotions and new sales policies of the company; Receive feedback, complaints from customers & cooperate with related divisions for resolution to prevent arising complaint & increase the customer’ satisfaction; contact customer for survey after using company product, hold the programs of customer care as planned.
4. Capture customer requirements, learn customer expectations for service, and report to management.
5. Perform administrative tasks of the department including documents, contracts, preparation for the meeting, organization of transactions with customers
6. Monitor, do reconciliation of debts with customers; Contact the customer to recover the debt.
7. Collect, analyze, synthesize sales data, output consumption and report for management board.
8. Other related task assigned by head of the division.
1. Bachelor Degree in business administration, marketing or related majors.
2. At least 1-year experience in sales admin
3. Good command in English and computer (Microsoft Office)
4. Good at communication and negotiation skills
5. Pro-active, enthusiastic, hard working
