Sales Manager

- Manage and train sales team

- Contact and promote company’s products to architect, developer, main-contractor and consultant.

- Make strategy (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for marketing Design door, and new products to the clients.

- Assess customer's needs, explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and

purposes.

- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders.

- Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients.

- Effectively plan sales and services activities in assigned territory to ensure that

sales plans and targets are achieved.

- Resolve problems with products and services if any in short time and efficency. -

Report to General Manager and BOD.

- University in Economics, Business Management, Technique.

- HAVE 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SALES CONSTRUCTION OR TECHNICAL FIELD.

- HAVE 2-3 EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT SKILL

- HAVE WIDE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD.

- Fluent in English about writing, reading, listening and speaking.

- Open minded, faithful, moral, high responsibility
