- Works with Sales Leaders (DOS, DOR and MD) to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the MICE segment.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets 
- Prepare offer letters according to guest requirements and availability, according to company standards and selling strategy 
- Ensure that all necessary information about the event is obtained either from account manager or from the client directly prior to the preparation of an offer 
- Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking 
- Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system 
- Ensure that Bhaya sales policies and SOPs are adhered to at all times
- Identify market need and to be knowledgeable on seasonal influences or events that may affect the productivity of the assigned account within the territory. 
- Maintains sales volume, selling price by keeping current with supply & demand, changing trends and competitions
- Conduct sales presentations/negotiation/contracting in order to win orders, biddings and contracts
- To ensure that the databases, CRM are maintained and continuously updated by the sales individual as per set standards and procedures. 
- Analyzes market information by using sales data and implements strategy to achieve company’s financial cruise and mice goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Minimum two years post graduate work experiences, ideally within the hotel and cruise industry. You must be a computer literate with excellent presentation skills and highly sophisticated communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English is essential and any other language skills beside will be an asset.
- Proven track record of hotel sales
- Experienced or familiar with the Vietnamese and regional market
- Pro-active and results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction 
- Ability to travel both domestic and international whenever the company requires
- Experience on MICE, cruise business are advantages
