1. Marketing
- Make yearly, quarterly, monthly marketing plan for Ha Dong shopping mall
- Supervise and check marketing campaigns to ensure all run smoothly.
- Communicate and work closely with tenants to encourage maximum participants in marketing activities
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Drive and manage the agencies/vendors efficiently
- Create and submit marketing reports to management
2. Sales
- Make sales plan/activities to achieve sales target.
- Work closely with tenants in the shopping mall to evaluate their sales performance
- Deal with tenants for renewal/termination of tenancy contract according to company regulations
- Develop promotional ideas and materials with relating Departments to increase sales revenue
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns
3. Others
- Supervise and motivate staff in performing their best to achieve company target.
- Other tasks as assigned from General Manager/Manager
