Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback.
Support to work with vendors for location, tea-break, training fee.
Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history.
Participate in HR department events & activities.
Participate in other events/programs assigned by supervisors.
Translate human resources documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
Handle on-boarding procedures for all the new staff at the company.
Being a student or a fresh graduate, non-experienced are welcomed (having experience in class monitoring, logistics preparation is an advantage).
Being excellent at interpersonal skills.
Being well-organized, proactive, open-minded, inquiring-minded, highly responsible, and
supportive.
Being proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
Willing to work full-time (from Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 40 hours per week) with a
commitment period of 4-6 months.
Monthly allowance up to 4 million Vietnam dong. Free parking and free lunch.
