Direct report to: Director of Operations
Indirect report to: CEO

Key Responsibilities
The Training & QA-QC Coordinator is responsible for providing administration assistance and support in the coordination of training and other initiatives under the scope of Learning and Development; to be in charge of development, implementation and review of the company SOPs and other operational procedures.

1/ QA-QC
- Oversee and manage quality assurance and enhancement activities throughout the Company;
- Play an active role in ensuring that quality assurance and enhancement issues are appropriately considered; 
- Coordinate with other departments and QA QC team in Egroup to develop and implement new procedures, processes and policies in line with Egroup requirements;
- Make sure all procedures and policies to be well implemented and applied throughout the company in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city.

2/ Training & staff development
- Identify training needs and assist in the evaluation of training and Staff Development;
- Generate Performance review reports, perform analytics that help succession and development decisions; 
- Under direction of Director of Operations, record, maintain and update training management data and succession plans to ensure the availability, integrity, accuracy, and the confidentiality of all data including statistics, required metrics and dashboards for management review.
- Work with training providers, both local and/or international to source and maintain an up to date database of qualified providers; conduct assessment of training providers under the supervision of line manager; 
- Develop training plan/matrix and analyse training needs across the Company based on inputs from the performance and career development plans and formal conversations with departmental managers and/or based on the strategies cascaded down from the Management team; 
- Prepare material for and coordinate all training courses, induction sessions, meetings including meetings, face-to-face discussions with stakeholders and external facilitator meetings;
- Review and revise all material as and when needed to improve the quality and to suit business changes; 
- Ensure organisation and professional development information and performance management system’s timelines are accurately communicated to all staff in a clear, structured and concise manner;
- Coordinate internal training activities, including logistics support before and after training event.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in the areas of Business.
- At least three years of relevant experience with background in the provision of high quality administration and preferably in training aspect and QA-QC.
- Experience in planning, programming and monitoring programs 
- Experience in presenting to small groups of adults
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Development (HRD) such as performance management, professional development.
- Experienced as a facilitator and/or presenter would be a great advantage 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - both writen and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail with ability to manage own time well, and prioritise competing work demands, effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese with a wide variety of stakeholders. 
- Demonstrated superior knowledge and experience in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
