·       Working address: 19 Đặng Hữu Phổ, Phường Thảo Điền, Q2, TPHCM

MAIN DUTIES:

• Assist Chiropractors, therapists, nurses in communicating with Vietnamese patients
• Translate document from English to Vietnamese.
• Co-ordinate patient flows to assure the smooth transfer between Doctor’s room and other departments
• Maintain patient satisfaction by addressing patients’ feedback, clarifying their concerns and inquiries
• Expand other service at clinic to all patients: detox, skincare, dental, rehab…
• Other task if needed or required by manager

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High fluency in spoken and written English
• Professional demeanor and the ability to exercise courtesy and maintain gracious manner with all patients
• Hard-working and attentive attitude
• Multi-tasks execution ability
• Willing to learn more about medical terms
